The Travelers

Meet my husband, Ryan. When he’s not fixing things the real way (which totally woos me, seeing as my tools of choice are duct tape and a screwdriver), running, or giving Vivienne a flying kiss, my husband Ryan is a full-time computer genius at an energy-software company (he helps measly little clients like, oh, Sprint and the province of Ontario to manage their electric bills). Check out his blog at http://www.ryanbooz.com.

This is me: Laura. I love being Ryan’s wife, Vivienne’s and Lia’s mommy, and a child of God; and I’m blessed to have a life that can focus on these loves.  I love finding truth in unsuspecting songs, books, poems, and people. Most of this blog is about those things.

img_1563.jpgThese are our daughters, Vivienne and Lia.  Both live up to their names; Vivienne is “full of life” as she dances, cuddles, helps out around the house, and cares for her baby doll. She happily rolls along with my love of teaching as we venture through our days together. Lia is a sweet, easy going, appreciative little darling; just like every Lia or Leah we’ve ever known.  Ryan and I are madly in love with both of them and often wonder at the goodness of God’s gifts…
