For the past two years, our neighborhood has won Edy’s Neighborhood Salute block parties.  Basically, Edy’s sends enough ice-cream, scoops, napkins, table cloths, spoons, and name tags for 100 people to your home.  You post the sign and spread the news. Then, enjoy hanging out with your neighbors on a summer evening.
