On a scrappy journal page, I found a list of ideas jotted down concerning parenting ideas and resources that we’ve collected and liked “so far” in our short stint. (Let’s all keep in mind that our opinion is only worth 4 years of experience + a whole bunch of theory.) At any rate, I think I’ll share them with you over the next week or so.
For starters, here are 3 Parenting Theories We Think We Think:
* Only do it once if you’re happy to do it a million times. (This goes for swinging that 25 pound baby-carrier to getting “one last glass of water” before bed-time.)
* Quantity time is quality time.
* JOY is our home’s unmatchable, irreplaceable, and priceless reward.
Oh, and here is a handful of photos to help you determine whether or not you trust my opinion in the first place.

Oh my heart! I LOVE YOU PEOPLE!
I could not agree with you more. These are absolutely true!
The question is not WHY is Lia is on the counter, but HOW she got up there! Some real pearls of wisdom here!
I love how Lia is pointing to you in the last picture, like “what is up with this chick? And what is she putting in the sauce???” Hilarious pictures! Your mommy wisdom sounds spot on!
